At CFH we have 2 ways to enter our regular classes: On Ramp OR Test out.
$125 includes 3 personal training sessions, 2 group sessions of our Olympic weightlifting class, plus one additional week of unlimited CrossFit classes after completing On Ramp
During On Ramp, you will spend time with a coach learning the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit: Air squat, Front squat, Overhead squat, Shoulder press, Push press, Push jerk, Deadlift, Sumo deadlift high pull, and Medicine ball clean.
Is On Ramp for you?
If you have never done CrossFit or have done CrossFit on your own without a certified instructor, On Ramp is for you. We offer one on one training sessions in order to provide individual attention and reduce distractions. You will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit movements described above in a safe and effective manner, leading to an easier transition into our group classes.
Is test out for you?
If you have done CrossFit before and can show proper form and technique on the following movements then test out is for you. Butt hurt is not allowed if you do not pass test out, it doesn't mean you're not strong, it just means you need to hone your ninja skills and that is what we are really good at doing so don't worry. You will test out on the following movements:
