    RX – Take up to 15 minutes to find 1rm weighted strict pull-up
    SX – With body weight OR lightest band possible depending on skill level, complete EMOM10 of 2 strict pull-ups a minute.

    - Calorie Row
    - Push-ups
    - Sit-ups
    - Pull-ups

    **Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest. Finish all 8 intervals of one movement before moving on to the next. There is no rest between exercises.
    ***Score is lowest number of each exercise added together for one score.
