    A. Gymnastics Work FOR QUALITY 

    Part 1: 10 Hollow Rock to 10 Arch Rock 

    5 sets of 3(transition 3x before putting feet down)

    **Don't let the feet touch the ground in the transition from hollow to arch and back

    Part 2: One Arm Holds in Push-up Position (shoulder stacked over hand) - 

    5 sets of 10 second hold each hand

    Part 3: Handstand Shrug with stomach to wall - 

    3 sets of 10

    10-20-30-40-50 Double Unders SX: 3 to 1 singles
